RISE Pole Vaulting Sessions

My brother Jake has started the RISE Athletic Club and will be offering pole vault specific sessions at different locations in the Chicagoland area for those interested in being trained in the “Winder Way” of pole vaulting. He will be accepting only 10 athletes per session to maintain quality vaulting opportunities for those who sign up. Each athlete must be a USATF and AAU member in order to participate. Sign up for his newsletter (at the bottom of the site) so you can stay up to date when the registrations open up!

The North Central College Vault Club is a pole vault club developed by Tim Winder, pole vault coach at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.  The club and camp system is designed to train campers over an extended period of time. Pole vaulting is taught in a systemic way that is easy for vaulters to understand. In addition to vaulting, campers will be instructed through videotape analysis and classroom lecture on techniques and training.
