6 Minute Abs – We have several versions of 6 Minute Abs.  This document breaks down one of the versions.  To see a video demonstration of another version of 6 minutes abs click here.

The Program – This program is used for Squat and Bench.  It is a 7 week cycle starting with 5 reps of 10 and ending with your 1 rep max.  It is a great bench and squat program to use during the Summer and Fall for pole vault related training.

SNS Levels of Mastery – The Levels of Mastery breakdown the 4 levels of pole vaulting and the cues and drills within each level.

The Process –  “The process is the technical aspects of pole vaulting. Controlling what you can control. Not concerning yourself about what others do, or the external conditions of the environment.”

Flow Vaulting– Flowing through your vault physically and mentally.
