During the Fall and Winter of 2016 I put together a few weekly videos giving some tips and advice on how to train for the pole vault and during the track and field offseason. These tips included how to set up your weekly training, ab workouts, upper body, etc. These tips were intended to be used by high school and college level vaulters lacking a coach or athletes with little to no experience in writing and performing workouts related to the pole vault and track and field.
